Don't forget to include the cost of shipping in your total. If you live outside the US and would like to pay by money order or check please include an additional $5.00 - that is how much it costs us to deposit the funds so we have to pass that along to you. Sorry!

If you would like to order using your Paypal account you can send your payment to max@krecs.comand then email your order to mailorder@krecs.com Please include your name, address, what you would like to order. It is best to verify availability before payment so send any questions to mailorder@krecs.com and don't forget to include the cost of shipping in your total.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your stuff and it has not been opened or washed/worn you can return it for your money back. If you receive a damaged or defective product you can exchange it for new merchandise. If you simply got the wrong thing we will gladly take it back and send you the right stuff immeditely with many apologies. How long does it take to get my stuff?

Orders are processed and shipped normally within 2 days, orders placed on a Friday are sent out on the following Monday. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive during/near holidays. Look on our shipping page for shipping methods and costs.

I think my package got lost in the mail

If your package is taking a long time please wait 3 weeks to report any "lost" packages. We often get emails from folks who think their package has gone missing but it almost always arrives. According to the USPS service less than 2% of all mail gets lost - so just hang tight, it will get there soon enough. If your package is in fact lost you must wait 30 days from your original order date before we will send it again.

Downloads

If you are having problems getting your download remember we will always honor every purchase made on our store, and as a last resort we can always email you the file. The best and easiest thing to do is to login to our store and click your account, then view, for the orders with the downloads, and where you see the download button, for windows users with either firefox, mozilla, or internet explorer instead of just clicking on it and having the song play again, right click it the menu should appear and select "save target as" or "save link as" choose which folder you would like to have your MP3 in and the name you would like and you should be good to go. For mac and safari users the process is the same except that you hold down the the "Crtl" key and then click the link to get the menu.

As far as the settings on your media player goes, unfortunatly most of them are corporate products which are only designed to work smoothly and effortlessly with their online store. Independant online music stores like ours don't exist to their players. So for windows media player and real player you will have to be sure that the mp3 file gets saved into the folder where all of your other music gets saved and that the player itself is set to rescan that folder on a regular basis. Mac and winamp do a better job at admitting that there might be other online music stores out there. Ultimately you will have to set up your music player your self. The most important settings are to have it add files to the music library automatically and to have files added to the library added to you playlist.
